  1. you do remote assistance on msn

  2. yes you can, I think through msn you can do it

  3. It´s possible. First you need to have installed in one pc the VNC Viewer and at the other pc needs to have the vnc client installed then u need to know the ip adress from remote pc, it´s so easy to use this software and he´s perfect!!!!!!

  4. Yes.  Win XP has the provision for setting up the connection you need to connect remotely.

You can use Remote Desktop Web Connection to connect to a remote computer over the Internet. To do this, the remote computer must be running Windows, and it must have Remote Desktop Web Connection installed. Here's how to connect to a remote computer using a web connection:

Open Internet Explorer or another web browser, and type the URL using the remote computer's name or IP address, followed by /tsweb/. For example:

If the computer name is MyComputer, you would type http://mycomputer/tsweb/.

If the IP address is 192.168.1.120, you would type http://192.168.1.120/tsweb/.

On the Remote Desktop Web Connection logon screen, type the server name (the remote computer name), and then click Connect.

Type your user name and password, and then click OK.

When you are ready to disconnect, log off and then close your browser.

If you can't connect to the remote computer and you are using a firewall, open TCP port 80.

    --------------------------------------...

Connect to another computer using Remote Desktop Connection:

With Remote Desktop Connection, you can access a computer running Windows from another computer running Windows that is connected to the same network or to the Internet. For example, you can use all of your work computer's programs, files, and network resources from your home computer, and it's just like you're sitting in front of your computer at work.

To connect to a remote computer, that computer must be turned on, it must have a network connection, Remote Desktop must be enabled, you must have network access to the remote computer (this could be through the Internet), and you must have permission to connect. For permission to connect, you must be on the list of users. The steps below include adding names to that list.

You cannot use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to computers running Windows Vista Starter, Windows Vista Home Basic, Windows Vista Home Basic N, or Windows Vista Home Premium, and you can only create outgoing connections from those editions of Windows Vista.

You cannot use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to computers running Windows XP Home Edition.

    --------------------------------------...

To allow remote connections on the computer you want to connect to

    Click to open System. :

Click Remote Settings, and then select the one of the three options under "Remote Desktop."  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Click Select Users. If you are enabling Remote Desktop for your current user account, your name will automatically be added to this list of remote users, and you can skip the next two steps.

In the Remote Desktop Users dialog box, click Add.

In the Select Users dialog box, do the following:

To specify the search location, click Locations, and then select the location you want to search.

In Enter the object names to select, type the name of the user that you want to add, and then click OK.

The name will be displayed in the list of users in the Remote Desktop Users dialog box.

    --------------------------------------...

To start Remote Desktop on the computer you want to work from

Click to open Remote Desktop Connection :

In Computer, type the name of the computer that you want to connect to, and then click Connect. (You can also type the IP address instead of the computer name if you want.)

  5. load team viewer 3 and have the other person load it then follow the directions  sometime when using this program though I have experienced freeze up due to  different server speeds  otherwise if you can find the IP for the other comp you can do  it the old fashion way and command line ping the IP of the other comp and direct connect that way

  6. yes you can, if your behind NAT router you will need Hamachi to connect to each other, if not all you need is his public IP.

I would recommend the hamachi way since its much simpler

Follow the intructiion on the link below,
