Remote camping in Catskills OR Poconos?

I'm looking for some remote campgrounds in either the Poconos or Catskills. By remote I mean some place where sites are a good distance from each other and it's relatively private vs. a family oriented place where the sites are stacked on each other. Anyone have any suggestions?

i have never camped in the catskills but have camped in the poconos a couple times. the campgrounds in the poconos are usually crowded and if you stay in a state park the sites are very small with no privacy.
