Question:

Remote control is blocked

My remote control is blocked. Maybe the problem is that on the display of the DVD player you can see a lock. How that lock comes to the display. I don't now. I can watching films without problems but i need to use the buttons on the DVD player.Can anybody give me a solution to solve my problem?
