I bought my sharp LC-32SB23U on December 14 at Walmart in Bradford, PA. Generally, I am quite pleased with the new TV. The only problem that I have with it is that the remote has to be held within 12 inches of the TV to work. What good is that?!

I have tried new batteries and cleaning the contacts, but nothing helps.
