Remote not working prorerly and freezing.

Question

The Remote Control buttons would only work sometimes.

Then it just froze, and you could not do anything on the Remote or the Set Box. Could not even turn it off on the Set Box. Had to turn the power off at the wall, waited for a short while and turned it back on.

Turned on OK, but still with the same problem of poor control on Remote.
