Remote won't work and parking lights blink

Question

I just installed an RS1100 in a 2004 F150 Ford Pickup. I did include the 791 Transponder. When I plug either or both of the red wires into the box, my flashers blink and I can't the remote to reset or work. I've rechecked all the wiring and they are where they should be.
