Removable Braces help!!!?

Okay, I'm getting removable braces next week, are they sore to get put in, how long does it take to get them put in? Can you give me like a step by step guide to how they'll put them in???

well removable braces may hurt u a bit since it will be the first time u have had it. i am also getting braces but have no idea which kind, anyway u can take them off but keep them on 4 better results
