Removable Disk problem?

Hello. When i connect a removable disk (flash drive) then everything is normal. It appears in My computer. But when i click two times the Open With.. windows pops up and says: choose the program you want to use to open file. Then i choose explorer.exe and everything is on it but that's not the point. When i close Window and click two times again the pop up comes again with same question. PLEASE HELP

This is an issue with an autorun file, or a file that Windows thinks is an autorun file.

First, to open the drive, right-click on the drive icon and choose Open.

To turn off the autorun on this drive, again, right-click on the icon, choose properties.  Select the Autorun tab.  Go through EACH option in the drop down list (audio, video, etc) and tell it to Do Nothing in the selection box.  Click Apply then OK.

when you choose the program make sure you click the persistant use everytime box, but if the popup comes up again each time it sounds as though the USB drive is failing and then reloading, backup the drive and then delete/recreate the partition and re-format, also try another usb port if it's lack of power output causing this
