Okay well I left it on video 1 yesterday for a about 8 hours and now at the top left corner it says Video 1.

It really bothers me like when I am watching TV is there any way to get rid of it I tryde turing my tv off and stuff but is not working

  1. try putting up a full white screen on the TV for a hour or so, other wise there is no way to cheaply fix it.

  2. Hey, in my own experience there is no way to remove burned in images on Tvs as I had the same problem with my old Phillips Tv and upon taking it to an electrical repairman he told me that the image was permanent. But its still probably worth gettingsomeone in to take a look. Hope I've been of help! :D

  3. The best thing I'd try would be to leave "snow" on the screen for about 3-4 hours. That will allow the pixels around it to try and even out.

  4. No, there isn't any way to get rid of it. It may fade a little bit over time but it won't go away on its own.

Time to consider a new TV. Attempting to fix that would require a new screen and it's more than that TV is worth.
