  1. If you are referring to the advertisement below the "Personal Assistant", then I'm afraid you have to live with it as it is part of the new "Ad-driven" My Yahoo (beta) format.  Pop-up blockers do not block it as it is not a pop-up.  I use Firefox with the Ad-Blocker Plus extension installed, and I still the advertisement. (Removing the Personal Assistant" module doesn't work either)
