Remove coffee stain off leather bag?

I've been told by the handbag company that makes my fairly expensive bag, to use a leather conditioner that does not contain any oil. Unfortunately, I cannot find a list of ingredients listed in any of the leather conditioners I have found on the internet. Does someone have any info on this?
