I have installed bamboo flooring toungue and grove with wood glue. However the last 4 -5 rows are wobbly due to uneven ness on the subfloor.

I want to remove the last five rows of wood floor and redo again. Does any one know hot to disolve the dried wood glue and remove the boards with out damaging them.

  1. I don't know what evostick is but wood glue can be dissolved by vinegar most of the time. It depends on the type of glue.

  2. Listen to Edward...he knows what he is talking about.  Mineral spirits works OK...but Bostik Adhesive Remover is the absolute best!  (costs about $20/quart, though)

  3. Try rubbing mineral spirits with some Extra Fine Steel Wool. The steel wool works as a buffer/polisher and the mineral spirits as the cleaner. If that doesnt work try Bostik Urethane adhesive remover. or rub it with a utility knife the stain it with color match putty or stain
