Remove permanent marker from a CD booklet

I recently purchased a signed CD, however it has a personalization on it. I was wondering if there is a way to remove it with minimal damage to the booklet.

Um, if you get permanent marker on plastic, (never tried cd booklet), you can draw over it with an Expo dry erase marker and it rubs right off with it. But I dunno, heh, good luck.
