*Remove program: it pops up at start up (tech people please)?

look at this picture. thats what pops up.

a while back ago i downloaded a little program that was a scam and it really messed me up. i had to turn off my security system just to go online.

now thats fixed but this still pops up please help me find them and delete them.

Run msconfig and see if its a program in the start tab-if it is uncheck it.

If that doesn't work go into the registry (if you know how) and do a search for the offending file and delete every instance you find

Make sure you BACKUP your registry before you try this.

I assume you have already run a valid spyware scan to get rid of this

Click Start-->Run

In the run line type MSCONFIG and click OK.

On the Startup tab, find any ticked boxes next to entries that start with C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1... and uncheck the boxes.  Click APPLY, click CLOSE, and restart when prompted.

About the unregistered file, try this:

Click Start-->Run  and type:

regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX

Click Ok, and you should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"
