Remove rear door panel 4 door 98 blazer w/ automatic windows?

okay I have done all the steps to remove my rear doors on my 4 door 98 blazer with automatic windows...the only problem is I can't seem to understand why it is hung up in the middle and cant remove the trim...help please?

You do know that there is still one s***w in the middle hiding under the tab that is holding it in place....

The tab is located right where you pull on the door, the arm rest....
