Remove yellow coloring from smoke stains?

Anyone has any suggestions on removing the yellow colour from smoke stains from plastic? It's for an SNES so it can't involve soaking or any really harsh detergents.

I didn't know what an SNES was so I googled it.  It's a Nintendo thing?  I can't guarantee it'll work, but I have gottten out lots of stains with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers.  You have to wet it to get it to work, but you can squeeze out all of the water so it won't do any damage.  They're pretty inexpensive, so I'd say it's worth a try.
