Removin EstunetISP?

Question

It's some kind of dial up thing I had. But now I have AT&T so i dont need it anymore.

But it says that the file "C:WINDOWS/ststem32/something will no longer be needed and will be deleted and maybe some other applications "may" not work properly.

But I dont see any other application relying on that, so should I just delete it all?
