Removing Blade from a gas powered edger?

craftsman, instructions say to use a tool to hold the back of the blade assembly, but it only about 1/8" wide. Help!

What did you do with the wrenches that came with it....??????

It should have came with two wrenches.....If you lost it, then prop a piece of wood in it to keep the blade from spinning and you should be able to unscrew the bolt.....

I lost my tool a while ago. I use a small phillips head s***w driver instead.
