Removing a rear emblem?

How does one remove a rear emblem from a car and cover up the two holes left by the emblem? What would you use to cover up the two holes?

I'd leave the emblem on!

If I bought it with the two holes visible and was going to repaint, I would weld the holes the grind down, surface and paint.

You could use a bumper sticker, reflectors, silicone, rubber plugs, almost anything to cover the holes, but none of them will look any better than the emblem.
