Removing apps from my iPod touch?

I upgraded to the 2.0 iphone upgrade from my iPod, and I installed some app that I don't really like anymore. How do I delete them?

You can do two things. If you just dont want the apps on your ipod then just hold down on one of the icons until the shake and youll see that they have a little x on the left hand side top. Tap that and a screen wil come up saying do you want to delete? click delete. ( i believe you will have to do this after everytime you sync though.)

If you want them removed from your itunes and ipod permantely. Open up itunes and click applications on the left hand side. Highlight the application you want to delete and click the delete button. Sync your ipod and they should be gone.
