Question:

Removing ceiling fan blades

i want to remove the blades of my ceiling fan but i can't seem to do it. looks like there's a cap or sort of cover that can turn. done that; but i can't seem to pull it out or take it out. it's a 5-blade ceiling fan made by angelo brothers. hope you could help me here.thanks
