Removing deep set red stain in grey sofa?

Help!! Are there any rememdies I can try. My little sister spilled popcicle all over the grey sofa and then idiotically tried to get it out with bleach (she's 17--rather in my opinion at the moment).

Is there anything I can do to save her from our mother's rath?

you can get furniture upholstery cleaners from department stores and furniture shops.

light detergent..just a little..2 quarts of water..and a dry sponge.

saturate the area with the water and sponge the color away.  

Repeat, repeat repeat.

The bleach was a bad idea.  you may have more problems because of the bleach.
