Cause even if I delete "files", "cookies" & "history"... the previously searched words are still there.

Also, in other sites like youtube, google, etc...how can I clear all search history?

  1. You need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

  2. Click on Tools, then Internet options, under browser history click on delete. From that window you will be able to select delete history and that should remove it. I would also delete cookies and temp Internet files as well. This will help clean up your system.

  3. if you're using firefox, go to Tools --> Options, then click on the privacy tab. There's a checkbox that says, "remember what I enter in forms and the search bar," and i believe that if you uncheck it, restart firefox, then search for something, your cache shouldn't be there anymore.
