Removing items from my ipod?

i have some pictures and podcasts on my ipod. and i dont know how to delete them.big help please.how do i delete th pictures and podcast from my ipod.thanks

You use itunes.

plug the iPod into the computer with itunes running  a Tab then appears for the ipod.

under that tab are sub tabs where you select exactly what is synced with the ipod. chose what you do want and deselect what you don't then on the Summary tab click Sync.

it will then sync accordingly
