Removing marks off of cds?

So like i have one of the cd visors things for the car, and i put it on the under side so you have to open the visor to get to the cds. Well now theirs these black marks on all my cds it looks like the stichting on the visor. i figured it was just their well when you play the cds it make it skip. so now my question is what do i use to get the marks off the cds that wont hurt the cds. Besides windex.

rubbing alcohol will take the marks off and not hurt the Cd's. If there is scratches on the Cd's, you can use a highlighter to fill in the scratches and usually it will stop the CD from skipping.
