Removing obstruction from vacuum motor

Hello,

I would appreciate advice on how to take apart my vacuum cleaner to remove a bolt that I believe is stuck in the motor or belt inside the casing. When the vacuum cleaner is turned there is a loud grinding noise and a burning smell.
