Removing yellowing stain from white camisole?

I was sorting out my closets and accidentally left my brand new knit white camisole hanging in my atrium and went on vacation. I returned to find the front part of it now has an ugly yellow stain. I think my the camisole is made of orlon or some other synthetic fabric. I live in Southern California so I know the stain isn't from rain and the atrium has a screen cover.

Try soaking overnight in tepid water with a handful of salt in it then wash in normal way but with some washing soda added. Regards UK
