  1. The beginning of Early Renaissance or Trecento in Italy.

Some representatives of this period: Giotto, Ducio, Ambrogio Lorenzetti, Giovanni Pisano, Simone Martini and Lippo Memmi.

  2. I believe Late Mediaeval covers 1300-1500, so this includes your timeline of 1300-1400.

  3. The period 1300-1400 in Italy was known as the Trecento (meaning thirteen-hundreds), not to be confused, of course, with the thirteenth century.

The 1400s (fifteenth century) are similarly known as the Quattrocento, followed by the Cinquecento and Seicento.

  4. As the first answer said it's called the Late Medieval Renaissance if you need more information about this topic go to google or wikipedia.
