Renew Passport!?

I am from Albania and live in the US. My Albanian passport expired, so what paper do I need and where to get from, so I can send it to my uncle there and he can get me a new passport?

yes the Albanian embassy , in a basement somewhere..  they will take care of it..  look for the Albanian consulate in the US of A     in google
