Renewal of PR?

Question

I hold a PR of Australia which will expire in Nov 2009. I intend to move my family of 2 kids and wife to Melbourne in Dec. 2008. At the time of expiry of the visa I will not meet the 2/5 criteria. Will I be able to get the RRV based on the fact that my family lives in Asutralia, my kids go to local school and I have a healthy bank balance. Does this satisfy the personal ties criteria.
