Renewing my State ID?

Question

So I need to renew my State ID and I have a couple of questions..

***I live in Michigan***

-What do I need?

-How much will it cost?

-Will I get a whole new ID card

(If so do I get a temporary one until I recieve it in the mail?)

-New picture taken?

Most importantly if I get a temporary one will I be able to use it if I want to go to a bar?!

(My 21st birthday is comming up! Don't wanna be bummed if not!!)
