Rennes to Paris to Rennes?

I am studying in Rennes.I want to spend this or next weekend exploring Paris.I know the best way to go to Paris is by TGV. But , students from Rennes do go to Paris by car for the weekend.. and they give us a lift to Paris for some money say 5 or 10 euros.. and I think there is some web site for such trips, where student puts there travel information and we can join their iternary. Does anyone know this site or have any more information about it?
