Rent-a-center w2s?

My fiance worked at Rent a center for about 7 months last year. I was thought they had to have w2s out by january 31st... We still havent recieved his w2 yet. Does anyone know when they send them out or if there is a number I can call so they can fax or email him a copy?

Yes they do have to be out by January 31st. They may have a wrong address for him or they might have gotten lost in the mail. Call the Rent A Center or go in and tell them that you didnt recieve them. IF they give you a hard time or seem like they really dont care, call the IRS and tell them. Youll have them in no time then. All it takes is a couple of clicks of a mouse to reprint a new w2 so its no problem. If they tell you they cant they are lying.

Actually i am a HR manager (Not at a Rent a Center) and I have until the 14th to post mark my W2's. I'm sure its on its way
