Rent & owner?

Question

We used to pay 375 of rent .Now we are paying $400 because of the new owner.

But the front door , closet are falling down also the fan that are on top is broken plus peple are sleeping those live on streets.

THE GRAS IS VERY BIGGER.

You have to keep paying full rent but you need to bug the landlord to fix those things.  Maybe you could offer to fix them yourself for a price but you can't just pay less.
