To Whom It May Concern:

I am a Registered Nurse moving to Nebraska in late August/Early Sept. of 2008.

We are in need of a long term rental home or Option to Buy.

Below is my information and needs for the home.

I appreciate anything you can do to help us find a home.

I will be sending my sister out to Nebraska on July 24, 2008

 Fenced back yard

 3 + bedrooms

 2 + baths

 Have 7 dogs, trained and completely housebroken, + will be good security for your property as here in Pahrump where I live I never have to lock my doors.

 Air conditioning

 Washer/dryer hookups

 Prefer house that the owner only uses as a rental as this will be a long term rental for us.

 If I can find a property that also takes horses, that would be great, but this is not necessary for me to rent the home.

Thank you for your assistance in our move to Nebraska.

Mary Lou

  1. People moning in to a small town, with seven dogs, will sure cause a "stir."

But small towns do need a nurse.

If you are traveling West, through Omaha, stop off and visit

Father Flanagan's Girls and Boys Town.

Tell them. the boy in the cowboy hat, sent you.

Since BoysTown has an "Institute" for chid disorders, They too, may need a nurse. Employment inquiries

1-800-321-4171. They do have a Dairy Farm. <}:-})

  2. Get the name of the local newspaper that is "on line" and look in the ads section under "Houses to rent". or look for a local Realtor and call  them on the phone.
