What is the best way to get a property rented quickly? Rental agreements? etc? help!!

I always have a 3 week plan. FIrst week at my desired rent.  Next week at a very reduced rate.  3rd week i am lower than i ever imagined the rent to be.  I will not let my place sit empty for more than 3 weeks.  The rental agreements are in bookstores.  Check online for a landlord association   "lpa.com" ??  /

If you are wanting to rent your property quick, I suggest that you offer short term leasing....many renters are scared away from a one year lease.  Also, get a banner made that advertises a "Move-In Special."  You could give the renters 1/2 off first month's rent or something.  Advertise on Craigslist, in the local newspapers too.  Oh, and you may offer the option to have pets at the property.  Many people have animals they are not willing to give up, and will find a property that allows them.  Good luck!
