Rentin a Place for sweet 16 in Philadelpha Pa?

my little sister is having a sweet 16.. but we dont know where to find a place, clubs, ect. to rent out in Philadelphia, Pa, so can someone help me out and name me some places in philly ..that be very helpful thnks

Do a google search, if not have a block party. Its getting pretty nice and you wont have to worry about paying a big fee. Anyone can come, you can have a big water fight and dancing in the streets!!!!
