  1. i agree with the other answer but you have a friend with a driver license you can with either debit or credit

  2. No you must be 25 or older and have a drivers license and proof of insurance and a credit card. If its a bank debit card with visa or mastercard they should let you. We just rented from enterprise and it only had to be a 'real' credit card if we wanted to rent a van or something but if its just a full size or standard you're renting then a you can use your debit card they take like a $250 deposit until you return it too. Good luck.

  3. this happened to me in Greece last week, i forgot my licence.

When you are in the Vegas car rental shop, phone the DVLA in Swansea, they will take your details over the phone - name, address etc and you'll have to pay £5.  Then wait an hour or so, go shopping or whatever, by the time you get back they should have faxed over your details and a copy of your licence to the rental shop.  It's really easy the DVLA do this all the time, the car rental shop will know what to do.

  4. Can a friend send you the licence?  you can't hire without it!

  5. >> rent a car without my driving licence present

No. So the rest of the question is moot.

You are going to LV.  Everything is in the strip. Just take taxis (or just walk in the evenings).  It won't be so bad (actually it will be better since you can drink and party and not worry).

    Good Luck...

  6. of course you can
