Renting a house in Italy's comino valley?

we are visiting friends in august in Atina, Italy, it is in the comino valley near cassino, we are having trouble finding a house to rent near the village of Atina. There are 4 of us, two couples

i cant help you with a house but if no one else can either then theres a really nice hotel in san donato called la grotte. it is 5 minutes walk from the village and has a restaurant and fabulous rooms. the family that own it are really nice and helpful and its not dear at all. their website is www.hotellagrotte.it and their phone number is on it but only one of the daughters speak english. it is closer to atina than cassino but in the opposite direction but the buses are great over there.
