  1. lol WTF??? HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS? LMAO

This is Aruba honey, not the USA

    Everything is good here.

  2. Some places in Noord rent rooms in their homes...however i had a very bad experience renting from the "sunflower villas" it was dirty and there was no lock on the door to the room...only a sliding glass door that locked from the inside...how was i supposed to keep my stuff safe?? you can look up places to rent for affordable prices on websites like vacationhomes.com or homeaway.com just type in aruba and do some searching...

  3. The easiest way is to contact Re/Max (Mito Arends is my agent) http://www.remax-itrrealty.com

I don't know if you'll find the best deal there though.

Some of Aruba is run down or so busy you can hardly find a place to park. You don't say what city the school is in or I could tell you something about that area. My recommendation is to find a place in Dakota, Santa Cruz or Savaneta. A lot of people have little studio apartments added on to their houses in Santa Cruz and the cost is reasonable. Your one issue will be transportation, lots of bus stops though if you don't have a car so that's not your biggest worry. On this island, it's who you know so if you can develop a relationship with a local you'll have a good insider to help with the search.

    also try http://www.rentalo.com for rentals

  4. http://playalinda.com/

  5. Am Jamaican but i did live there once but depends where the school location is because You Have San nicolaas, oranjestand(playa), Noord, ect,I did live in san nicolaas its more of my race black and english

and noord is like white and english

    and  oranjestand is mixed

  6. i'd stay away from guys down there that want to take you for a romantic walk on the beach.  I understand that ends badly.
