  1. Find something in a safe area in your price range. Apartments are not always cheaper than houses. I don't know where you are, but I have lived in an apartment and I hated it. We have been renting a house for the last 4 years and I have a baby. I would say anything you can afford in a safe area is best.

  2. I'd say a house is better to rent since the baby screaming may upset neighbors that are close in an apartment.  I know my baby screams and if I had an apartment I would worry constantly about people complaining.

  3. I can't help you with that. But I'm a married teen expecting too. Id like to know i renting is better and if so what one?

  4. I know this might seem werid but have you looked into a trailor park? they have really nice manufatored homes in them most of the time. Their less expensive and you get more room then an apartment or small house. Don't think of it as the typical stero type just go look at a couple of them. Or a condo. I would check the local craigslist for some apt or house. I hope that everything works out for all of you.

  5. I would say a house. It should be bigger, theres more privacy, and you should have your own washer and dryer and stuff. It would jsut be easier, you need more room when you have a baby and a house is just bigger.

  6. i say an apartment....its cheaper

  7. I would rent a house -- if you can find one that is reasonable.  If not..you can find some really good two story apartments that aren't that expensive but nice!

  8. i think an apartment would make more sense

  9. I say a house a apartment would work but bad people. You never know. Good luck to you, pregant one

  10. I'm 23 and my husband is almost 33. We live in an apartment because it's what we can afford right now. As long as you have a roof... that's what really matters. Houses can come later. Besides, with gas prices the way they are, houses aren't really economical. Good Luck!
