Renting from the National Trust?

Question

Hi, we live in the UK and are looking for a new property to rent. We have seen a gorgeous cottage belonging to the National Trust and have to offer a tender. I know there are at least 3 other people offering and we have to write a bit about ourselves etc as it does not go to the person with the highest tender but who the National Trust choose. So my question is, does anyone rent off the NT or know what they will be looking for in tenants ?? Thanks

ones who conform do not mind a control freak knocking at your door writing u letter after letter u must follow a set of rules,members will tell tales on u if u even think of stepping out of line, plus committes have a say me i would find another landlord.popa
