Hi,    Well for starters, Canada is approx 4000 miles wide, by a SEVERAL miles deep...  Can you be more specific..?

Your question is like asking... "Do you know Joe Smith - He lives in The United States"...?

Yopu have to "hone" in on a givern area, before anyone can give you a "decent" answer..

Like Rachell says Canada is very big. You have no idea until you get here. It's the second biggest country in the world. Each province is like a different country. Every big city has completey different people and geography.

Start off by knowing where you want to go.

I suggest Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver because you will have more chances finding work. Montreal is the cheapest place to live out of the 3 cities, Vancouver the most expensive.

Ottawa is nice also, I've lived there for 19 years. It's quiet and not as exciting as the 3 other cities.

I now live in Montreal and love it because there is so much going on here.

I like Ottawa a lot actually!  I see your screenname is Israeli?  You will like that Ottawa has lots of Shawarma restaurants everywhere!   Also great cheeses on Byward Market.  

Also great museums such as the Museum of Civilisation in Hull, Quebec.   Also you get to be right on the border of two tremendous provinces (Ontario and Quebec).

You get to experience the extremes of summer heat and the cold bitter winter temperatures.  

It's unique and very Canadian and exciting!  AND relatively affordable. :)
