Renting in Dillion Beach, CA?

I'm looking to rent a house on the beach in Dillon Beach, but not for vacation, more of a permanent housing while I go to school, but everything I look at online is vacation rentals. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Since Dillion beach is very much a tourist town with not a lot going on there, I would get a hold of the local newspaper or ask a Realtor for help. The only schools there are very small ,local schools. This is a very very small town. Only 319 people live here full time.

Your could try extended stay hotels.  They are reasonable in price.
