Renting in Dubai?

Question

I would like to rent a 2 bedroom Apt. in Dubai (Sharjah is not an option), my work is in DIC. Any suggestions of good agents/locations. Mu budget can get up to 120k DHS if monthly payment / 100k if quarterly.

Most of the Real Estate Companies or Owners will prefer now a single payment only. Some times it will go like 2 payment (half yearly) or maximum 3 payments. I dont think if there is any flat available for monthly payments.

The nearest available locations for your housing will be Al-Jafliya, Al-Mankhool, Al-Suoq, Al-Karama etc...
