Renting out a party space?

Does anyone know of a decent place where I can rent out a party hall in or around Chesapeake, Virginia? I'm throwing a small birthday party, 25 people max, and we need enough space to dance and eat.

I would look in a local directory for banquet halls and restaurants. That should be a good place to start your search.
