My dad has Acoustic Research Phantom speakers and one of the midranges has broken.

Where can we send it to get it repaired?

(Other than the USA)

OK, you don't want the USA, but WHERE? India? Bangladesh? China? Poland? Egypt? Congo? Brazil? Chile? Belize? Caymen Islands? Mexico? Or perhaps Australia? Where you send it for repair, assuming it can be repaired, will highly influence the time it takes and the cost. Last time I looked, London wages were a tad higher than Afghanistan. And of course, each country has it's own customs rules. You're welcome.
