Repair Quote Lanor Book Hours Requested. Thanks 1997 Taurus Wagon

Question

Hello! My friend is hiring a mechanic to do some work on her wagon.

She needs to have 2 shock and struts replaced, 1 coil spring or 2 springs replaced and 1 or 1 ball joints replaced.

Could someone place tell us how many labor hours it would take to have this don?. One friend told her 2 hours and one other said 4 billing hours..

This is straight from the Ford labor guide.

Replace two rear shocks........1.2 hours.

Replace two front struts..........2.5 hours, does not include alignment.

Replace one or two coil springs......included with replacement of struts and if not then.........2.5 hours for both springs or 1.3 hours for one.

Replace ball joint front one side...........1.5 hours or 2.9 for both......
