Repair manual for a singer model 27 machine

Question

HI , I just bought a singer model number 27 machine and I emailed singer and they said it was made in 1914.

It looks like they had a wire hooked to the machine in order to convert it to electric but both ends are old wires and frayed.

Is there a manual I can download to convert this to a power machine and to install a new belt as I see the old belt is gone.
