Repair or covering up bleach stain on white shirt?

I got pretty bad pen marks on my shirt and i tried to throw some bleach on it and now they became yellow spots. any way to get it out? if not, any way to cover them up?

There is likely nothing you can do about those bleach stains.  Using bleach is pretty much a one way street.  

In the future, if you get ink on fabric (or nearly anything else) spray it liberally with hairspray (the cheaper the better) and it will dissolve and come out.  You can also try rubbing alcohol on ink - especially marker and it will disappear.
